FAQ

Can I cancel? Monthly: anytime, ends at next billing cycle. Annual: 14-day cool-off, otherwise locked for 12 months (we'll work with you on legitimate hardship).

Can I share with family? Membership is per person. Family memberships coming Q3 2026.

What if I miss a month? No refunds for unused $10 Kicks — but the 10% discount + priority access is always there.

Do you increase pricing? Locked at signup tier for 12 months minimum. We'll always grandfather existing members.
