All court bookings at Street Rulz Football must be paid in full at the time of booking.
We do not hold, reserve, or secure courts without payment.

Once payment is received, your booking is instantly confirmed and your court is locked in.

Upfront Payment Policy:

To keep our operations smooth and fair for all players, no team, player, school or academy may enter the courts without a fully paid booking. This ensures that all sessions run on time, courts are used efficiently, and no-shows do not affect the experience of other players.

Multi-Week & Block Bookings:

Schools, academies, universities and clubs are welcome to book recurring sessions.
However, all multi-week or term bookings must be paid upfront for the full block.

We do not offer weekly or term-by-term payment arrangements.

School & Academy Bookings:

For group programs, PE sessions, team training or long-term bookings:

• Full payment is required at the time of booking
• Sessions are not confirmed until payment is received
• No unpaid bookings can be held or reserved

This allows us to maintain a consistent schedule and guarantee fair access to all clubs and organisations.

Cancellations:

Cancellations made 48+ hours before your session will receive a full refund. Cancellations made inside 48 hours are non-refundable. No refunds on change-of-mind or missed sessions.

Arriving to play:

Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your session. Our team will verify your booking on arrival. Players without a paid booking will not be permitted onto the courts.
