Cookie Policy
Last updated: 26 September 2026
This policy explains the cookies and similar technology used on rulz.com.au, run by Street RULZ Football — a trading name of The Trustee for Munro Family Trust (ABN 60 728 302 749). It should be read with our Privacy Policy.
What cookies are
Cookies are small files a website saves in your browser. "Local storage" works in a similar way. Some are needed for the site to work; others help us understand how the site is used; some are set by other companies whose content we show on our pages.
Your choice
The first time you visit, a banner lets you choose Accept all or Necessary only. "Necessary only" turns off Shopify's analytics and marketing tracking for your browser. You can change your mind at any time with the cookie settings link, and you can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings (some parts of the site, like the cart and checkout, won't work without necessary cookies).
Cookies we use
| Type | Set by | What it's for |
|---|---|---|
| Necessary | Shopify | Keeping your cart, running checkout and payments, security, remembering your cookie choice and region. The site can't work without these. |
| Necessary | Cowlendar | The court booking calendar on our Book a Pitch and court pages. |
| Analytics | Shopify | Counting visits and seeing which pages and products are used, so we can improve the site. Turned off if you choose "Necessary only". |
| Marketing | Shopify | Shopify's own marketing measurement. Turned off if you choose "Necessary only". We do not currently run Facebook/Meta or Google advertising pixels on this site. |
| Store features | Vitals, Shop Pay | Store features such as the product page tools and Shop Pay express checkout. |
| Embedded content | YouTube (Google) | Party videos. We use YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode, which doesn't set cookies until you press play. |
| Embedded content | Google Maps, Windy | The venue map and the live rain map. These providers may set their own cookies when the map loads. |
| Embedded content | Trustify (Google reviews) | Showing our real Google reviews. |
| Local storage | Street RULZ | Remembering your cookie choice, and on the referee page, a record of scores sent from that phone. Nothing is sent to us from local storage. |
Live weather on our "Rained off?" page comes from Open-Meteo. Your browser asks Open-Meteo for the Tallebudgera forecast; no cookies are set and no personal details are sent.
