Street Rulz Football — Terms & Conditions
1. About Us
Trading name: Street Rulz Football
Legal entity: Munro Community Sport Inc (ABN 13 846 673 994)
Public liability insurance: We hold public liability insurance with coverage up to AUD $20 million. This insurance does not replace your obligation to play safely and follow these Terms.

2. Booking & Payment
- All bookings are subject to availability and must be paid in full at the time of booking to secure your court.
- Prices vary based on court size (5-a-side or 7-a-side) and time of day (peak/off-peak).
- Payment confirms that you accept these Terms, including our Flood Evacuation Procedure and Participation Waiver.
- Unpaid or partially paid bookings may be cancelled without notice.
3. Cancellations & Refunds

24 hours or more notice: Full refund.

12–24 hours notice: 50% refund.

Less than 12 hours notice or no-shows: No refund.
- If severe weather, flooding, or mandatory closure causes us to cancel your booking, we may offer a credit or refund at our discretion.
4. Player Conduct & Safety
- All players must wear appropriate footwear (trainers, turf shoes, or studded/moulded boots).
- Shin pads are strongly recommended.
- Respect staff, referees, and other players — no abusive language or violent behaviour.
- No sliding tackles; no smoking, vaping, alcohol, or drugs on site.
- Children under 16 must be supervised by a responsible adult.
- We may refuse entry or remove anyone who breaks these rules.
5. Flood & Fire Evacuation
Full evacuation procedures are published at rulz.com.au/pages/evacuation-procedures. By booking or entering the facility, you acknowledge that you have read and will comply with these procedures.
6. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver
Full waiver details are published at rulz.com.au/pages/liability-waiver. By booking or entering the facility, you acknowledge and accept the assumption of risk, release of liability, and indemnity outlined in our Liability Waiver.
7. Damage & Property
- You are responsible for any damage you or your group cause to the courts, equipment, or facility.
- We are not liable for lost or stolen personal belongings; do not leave valuables unattended.
8. Privacy
- We collect and store your booking and contact information solely for operational and safety purposes.
- Your details may be used to communicate with you about your booking, send flood or safety alerts, and provide updates on facility operations.
- Personal data is handled in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles.
9. General
- These Terms may be updated at any time; the version in force at the time of your booking applies.
- If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain valid.
- These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Queensland.
