Risk Warning (Queensland)
Football/futsal is physically demanding and involves obvious risks including collisions, slips, trips, sprains/strains, fractures, head injury and other harm. By participating, you acknowledge these risks. This warning supports defences for obvious risk and dangerous recreational activities under Queensland law. -
Recreational Services Waiver (ACL s139A)
To the extent permitted by s139A of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), the statutory guarantees under the ACL do not apply to any liability we may have for death or personal injury arising from our supply of recreational services.
This waiver does not apply to significant personal injury caused by our reckless conduct. Nothing in these Terms excludes non-excludable rights. -
Liability & Remedies (Non-Injury)
Except where the law says otherwise, for services other than claims for death or personal injury, our liability is limited (at our option) to re-supplying the services or paying the cost of re-supply (ACL s64A). We are not responsible for losses caused by your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the facility. -
Flood & Fire Evacuation — Reference
You must comply with our Flood & Fire Evacuation Policy (separate document). The Team Organiser must provide a reachable mobile number for urgent SMS alerts. We may suspend play or require you to leave for non-compliance. -
Damage & Personal Property
You are responsible for damage you or your group cause to courts, equipment or facilities. We are not liable for unattended valuables. -
Privacy & Communications
We collect booking and contact details for operations and safety, including urgent alerts.
Marketing communications are sent only with your consent and include an easy unsubscribe. Safety alerts are operational only. See our Privacy Policy for details (including any CCTV use). -
Minors
A parent/legal guardian must consent for under-18s and accept these Terms on their behalf. We do not rely on minors waiving legal rights. Parents/guardians must ensure minors follow safety rules. -
Photos & Media (Optional)
If you opt-in, you grant us permission to use non-identifying photos/videos taken at the facility for promotion. You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us. -
CCTV & Security (If Applicable)

• Transfers: Bookings are not transferable without our consent.
• Substitutes: Substitutes must complete acceptance under clause 3B before playing. -
Complaints & Feedback
Raise issues with staff on the day or contact us at [insert email]. We aim to respond promptly and fairly. -
Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., severe weather, flood, power outage), but we will apply clause 5 for safety closures. -
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms; the version in force at the time of booking applies to that booking. We avoid one-sided changes that would be unfair under the unfair contract terms regime. -
Sever-ability
If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remainder remains in full force. -
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of Queensland courts.
