The Street Rulz Football facility at 40 Andrews Road, Tallebudgera QLD 4228 may be subject to flooding and fire risk. All players, spectators, and visitors must familiarise themselves with the following procedures.
In an emergency, call 000 (Triple Zero) immediately.
You acknowledge that the Street Rulz Football facility may be subject to flooding. On arrival at the venue, familiarise yourself with the flood-evacuation signage and site map posted at the entry gate and near the canteen. Know where the designated assembly point is before you start playing.
If staff or our automated alert system instructs you to evacuate, you must do so immediately. Do not continue your game or return to collect personal items. Listen for:
Proceed calmly to the designated assembly point (indicated on our signage and site map). Wait there for further instructions from staff or emergency services. Do not leave the assembly point until given the all-clear.
Do not re-enter the facility until staff confirm it is safe. This applies to all areas including courts, car park, canteen, and amenities.
The person making the booking (captain or organiser) must provide a reachable mobile phone number so we can send evacuation instructions via SMS if necessary. Ensure your phone is accessible during your session.
In the event of fire:
Failure to follow our flood or fire evacuation instructions may void your insurance coverage. Street Rulz Football is not liable for any injury or loss arising from your non-compliance with these procedures.
If severe weather, flooding, or mandatory closure causes us to cancel your booking, we may offer a credit or refund at our discretion.
